I wrote the first draft of FavorEtsy in the Spring of '11. I was talking with Daniel Temkin about his Unichar voting application. After seeing how much time my wife, Sarah McCarthy spends hunting around Etsy, I figured that comparing art items would be a fantastic application for their API.
